I heart dessert, so I had to make a dessert stand. I made another DIY blog post: check it out at daintinessDIY. In five steps, these thrifted plates and glasses turned into a tiered dessert stand. Now I can throw all the tea parties I want. Yes.

Wayne Thiebaud. On my last post, I wrote about going to the MoMA and seeing the painting “Girl With Pink Hat” by Wayne Thiebaud. At first, I totally forgot the artist’s name and tried to look it up online. My friend that went to the museum with me texted me the artist’s name and he also found out that Thiebaud is a UC Davis professor. HOW AWESOME IS THAT. I especially love his paintings on sweets.
