10 PLACES I NEED TO VISIT. I love plane rides, new cultures, and hearing foreign language. Like many people, I’d love to travel the world some day. I want to go on an adventure in the Egyptian desert, ride a boat on the Amazon river, or see the aurora borealis/australis from a snowy terrain. I definitely would love to go shop in a Moroccan marketplace and walk the streets of Paris....

A week of sleep deprivation and bad, unhealthy meals finally coming to an end. Yesyesyes, almost there! I had my 3rd final this morning at 8AM and my last one at 6PM tonight. Today’s schedule: a lunch at the dining commons, redbull & tons of cramming… haven’t started studying for this one. After that I’m free!

Bun. Ah, the responsibilities of a pet owner. Though Brody sleeps in the afternoon when I have class, he’s very active from 6PM-2AM that’s usually when I have to go home to refill his hay and give him more water. I then have to let him out for a few hours to exercise… I just don’t like confining him in his cage. If not for Brody, I would be home less often. I suppose when...

Risks. It feels good not to have access to silly social networking sites for a couple of days (tumblr doesn’t count, does it?). I suppose that means I’ll be finding ways to procrastinate through here. Reoccurring conversations I’ve been having with myself has been about chance — I often wonder if I should push myself to take more risks or to stay put, where it’s...

This thing is growing outside my window… Season’s end. I feel weird saying this, but today is definitely the wrong day to feel inspired. I should be studying hardcore. One more week! This quarter has been awesome, I actually met and hung out with different people (not that I don’t like my old friends, but it’s nice to mix match). That will always be my goal for the...

tgif. I’m so glad this week is over— I was probably on campus for an average of 13 hours a day. I had at least one major assignment due each day and had to squeeze in 6 “hours” worth of experimentrix points (this required sitting down and taking boring questionnaires, zzzzz). I’m averaging at least 4 hours of sleep a day, which is driving me extremely nuts right...
